Founder of 'Unit 13' Larry started in the industry with an urgency to help. After competing at an international level as an athlete Larry experienced chronic injury from the age of 17 - 20. Through shear desire to come back Larry discovered that his passion was in strength training and rehabilitation.

From the age of 14 Colm has been driven by a results orientated mindset in fitness. He brings a refreshing breeze to weight loss/management, improving fitness, improving strength, coupled with the right nutrition to get you to your goal in the most effective and efficient way. Colm's main focus is getting beginners and intermediates achieving their goals through the right type of exercise and strength training.

With 2 international athletics caps for Ireland he knows what it takes to get to a high level of fitness His passion is moving you from where you are now, to where you want to be. 

Sam

Sam obtained a B.Sc. in Sport Science and Health (Bachelor Honours Degree) in Sport Science and Health from Dublin City University in 2015. Here he studied and was examined in an array of modules such as Health and Fitness Theory and Practice, Sports and Exercise Physiology, Functional Anatomy, Technology for Health Sciences, Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Adapted Physical Activity, Coaching Studies, Health Promotion and Injury Rehabilitation to name a few.

Sam has firsthand experience working within a gym based setting (Previously at LB Fitness in 2013 and Linkedin European HQ as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor) working with elite to recreational athletes, the general public and special population groups in both one to one and group based training sessions. He has experience working with GAA Football Teams, Soccer Teams, Rugby Teams, Boxers, Mixed Martial Artists, Runners and Swimmers at underage and senior level.

 His sporting background and expertise is Boxing where he has won numerous titles over his competitive years including County, Provisional and National Titles.

 At present, Sam is undertaking a Masters in Physiotherapy in UCD studying Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Neurology and Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy and will be graduating in 2018.
